How to easily repurpose your content
Content is king.
It’s an often-heard phrase and these days content comprises not just blog posts but ebooks, YouTube videos and podcasts too.
But as we’re all so pressed for time how on earth are we supposed to create all this content?
One word: repurpose.
Audio & Video to Text
If you record podcasts or have a stack of YouTube videos then you’ve got a huge amount of fabulous content already.
Have them transcribed, you can then use them for blog posts and articles, or put them altogether to create an ebook.
Text to Audio & Video
Exactly opposite to the above suggestion: record your blog posts and articles as podcasts and videos!
YouTube is the second most popular search engine in the world and you need to be using it. What could be easier than sitting in front of your webcam reading out one of your articles?
And if you’re camera shy, put together a quick PowerPoint presentation showing the key points.
How easy is that?
Do you have any other tips on how to easily repurpose your content?

Yes, you are right Bridie!.. Changing your articles or videos on either formats is a great idea. People sometimes like it in different formats depends on what they need and likes.

When I’m stuck for inspiration, I often re-read my older posts and then set about re-writing and updating. Re-purposing content is a great idea so long as you spend some time to ensure there is some new value in there.

That’s a great idea Niall, it’s definitely worth revisiting old content for inspiration, and to ensure the original content is up-to-date too!
